Requirements & Prerequisites

Before enrolling in the PADI Divemaster Koh Tao program, please make sure you meet the following requirements

  • Be 18 years old or older

  • Hold a current PADI Rescue Diver certification (or equivalent from a recognized agency)

  • Have completed Emergency First Response (EFR) training within the past 24 months

  • Have a minimum of 40 logged dives to begin the course

  • Have at least 60 logged dives including night, deep, and navigation dives to complete certification

  • Be medically fit for diving and submit a medical clearance form signed by a physician within the past 12 months
