Requirements / Preparations

Minimum Certification Level: Must be a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or hold an equivalent certification from another recognized training agency.

Minimum Age: 12 years old (For divers 12–14, certification will be Junior Rescue Diver)

CPR and First Aid Training: Must have completed Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary and Secondary Care training within the past 24 months.

Good Health and Basic Fitness: You'll need to complete a medical questionnaire. If you have any pre-existing conditions, a doctor's approval may be required before participating.
